Pretty nice Thai restaurant. The food is good and the prices are fair. There's nothing really fancy, but the dishes are well prepared. It's Halal, if that's your thing.The shopping center is a bit run down, but don't let that discourage you from giving Thai Jasmine a try. It's nicely decorated inside and the service is friendly.And, it's BYOB, so bring a nice beverage and save some money!

Order the med hot thai herbal chicken fried rice! Not sesame chicken or something.. since its a thai restaurant. You’ll love it. Me and my husband are regulars and we either get those, chicken satays or the panang flavored full sea bass. Its bomb and its not spicy if u dont want it to be.

I love Thai food and this is definitely my new favorite! Everything we have had has been amazing! The fresh veggie rolls with peanut sauce and Thai house salad with peanut sauce are both to die for! They are also very accommodating and make modifications to the menu items because we do not eat meat. They made us Mongolian tofu that was delicious. Pineapple fried rice with tofu and no egg. The red curry was also delicious and spicy! I can't wait to try the green curry. They also made us Thai tea with coconut milk. Everything is delicious and the service is also outstanding! I also love the atmosphere and decor, such a cute restaurant! We have been here twice and will definitely be back very soon!

Waiting time to be served was 15 minutes. Food was delicious and authentically prepared. Only Halal meat served. Fish was fresh. Restaurant was not busy. Unfortunately this restaurant is situated in a strip mall which seemed deserted at 8:15pm. I did not feel safe.

I've been to a great many Thai restaurants and most seem to use all the same pastes, ingredients, and recipes. This common practice is not continued at Thai Jasmine. In one word, the food is hearty. The flavors are richer, the soups are thicker, and the ingredients are clearly bought fresh and chopped by hand, on site. The Tom Kha soup is unparalleled in the city. It's the exact soup one would want on a rainy day but is even good on a hot Dallas one. The curry is thick and again, rich, loaded with vegetables that taste distinctly fresh. If you cannot tell already, I'll be coming back, with friends, and often.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. UNHYGIENIC..food was cold..I think the cook is elder guy came to serve and served us used plate... he is saying the other ones on top the stinky ones are fine ( they have sauce from stinky plate).The server was young girl and she was rude she didn't asked spice level for food and so lazy dragging her feet didnt even gave us plates we have to ask and she bring only 2 when we are 4 people...The elderly owner cook bugs her to charge for extra things even when we ordered $33 food. The both sat on near by tables and staring at us.The last tries to take away plates and not even say a thank you when we are leaving.There was Asian couple on next table and she greeted them well...

Our family loves this place. It's very small and quaint, but that adds to the charm. I can't get enough of their Bataba.

My boyfriend loves Thai Jasmine's pork Thai fried rice. We order from Thai Jasmine frequently and their fried rice always comes with a side of salad and a spring roll. My favorite is the shrimp fried rice. The owner there is very nice and friendly and the family business has been around for almost 20 years. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for Thai cuisine!

First timer, when tummy was craving for Asian food, we tried our luck in this place which surprisingly delivered 100% approval my picky tastebuds. It was freaking delicious! Kids love their orange chicken and the thai fried rice. The fried rice was amazingly less oil, which I love! Pad see ew and the spring roll tasted good too. The lady was friendly and I asked for chilli oil, she packed it abundantly for me, happily (some places didnt go that far for the service) Will be back!

The food is amazing! I can never get enough. The service is quick and takes really good care of you. Not to mention the staff is very kind. One of my favorite places to eat.

My office and I ordered takeout lunch from this place, and there were several things wrong. First, the food was way too spicy, even though we asked for lowere spice levels. Second, almost all of our orders were mixed up and wrong in some way. Third, there were several hard/burnt pieces in our meals, and the spring rolls were hard. Fourth, one of my co-workers ordered a salad, and they gave her soup instead. When we called to correct the order, they argued that that was how they served salad. They stated "it doesn't matter how salad is served at other restaurants, that's how we serve ours". They said that she could bring it back back they would not exchange it once she got there, and they would not give her a refund. She then asked for a simple salad with lettuce and veggies, and they said they don't serve that. Horrible customer service.

Just found this place last weekend, went back and they nailed Panang Curry (Thai Hot). Will now be a regular I'm afraid.

Food and service beyond great. I highly recommend Jasmine Thai in Plano for a tasty lunch or dinner with that special person in your life. The wait staff casters to your every need before you ask... the food is spicy or cucumber calm, however you prefer it.

I have been revisiting this place and sadly disappointed. I used to come here all the time and something is different for a while now. After reading reviews they have changed management a while back and it's so disappointing. The papaya salad was my go to along with the red curry and both were just lacking today and the last several times I have been there. I used to walk in and they knew who I was. I used to eat here multiple times a week dine and take out. Sad that it is no longer my fave.

All of the sauces are fresh and flavorful and obviously made from scratch. Jay is a new waiter and he is fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. Super nice. Made lunch a fun experience. I also got pad Thai to take home and can't wait to enjoy it tonight. Chicken spring rolls are spot on and the house salad has the best homemade peanut dressing.. Best Thai around....

We called them and they said that we can come back and get it. My husband went back and told them he wanted a refund or at least a discount for the trouble of having to go back, because of a mistake that was THEIR fault, and they said if you take the food you dont get a refund. I was just really appalled at the lack of customer service. I won't go back there.

Small place, go early. The quality varies sometimes but the food is genuine.

Ordered the fried rice from Uber Eats. It had mushrooms in it despite not listing that item on their menu. Currently dealing with an allergic reaction due to this. I called them to let them know and they seemed unconcerned initially, eventually apologized but didn't do anything to make it right. Disappointing...

Been enjoying this place for 17 years, highly recommended. But they put a piece of chicken in with my tofu a couple days ago, and as a vegan I no longer feel comfortable ordering here. I'm not blaming them, since a mistake once in 17 years is an excellent track record. But it reminds me that I'm only really comfortable eating something if I cooked it myself, to ensure that there's no meat floating around in it. Anyone who says the people here are rude have something wrong with their head, these are such incredibly nice people. This is by far the best Thai food in the area.

Tom Ka Gai soup was very disappointing. Full of hard, large pieces and ends of lemongrass and ginger. I wont be back.
